Check out the new women’s ministry emphasis degrees at Calvary Chapel University! Three online programs have been prayerfully designed to equip women’s ministry leaders to be more effective in the local church setting.

Calvary Chapel University offers a degree track in women’s ministry for those wanting to complete either: a certificate program, a Bachelor’s degree, or a Master’s degree. All courses are 100% online and are designed to allow women, who are presently doing the work of the ministry, to enlarge their understanding of biblical leadership principles. Courses are designed to prepare women leaders for various aspects of ministry by first evaluating their own walk with the Lord and then by learning how to rightly apply the Word of God to every situation in life. Additionally, the flexibility of distance education courses makes these degree programs a perfect fit for women in church leadership positions who already have full schedules.

All of the online women’s ministry programs were specifically created and designed for Calvary Chapel University by Professor Kathy Morales, a Calvary Chapel Senior Pastor’s wife. Kathy has years of experience teaching and discipling women along with a great passion for online education. God has used this combination of giftings to prepare Kathy to create a unique and distinctly Calvary Chapel women’s ministry program founded on solid biblical principles.

Professor Morales has a Master’s degree in Business Management from Liberty University, and is presently working on her Doctor of Education degree with an emphasis in Educational Leadership. While pursuing her education and overseeing the women’s ministry at her church, she has also successfully homeschooled three children.

The women’s ministry degree programs at Calvary Chapel University include courses that equip women leaders to: create an effective women’s ministry, lead women with the heart of Jesus, develop their spiritual gifts, and serve more effectively. Women will also be equipped to give biblical guidance in a counseling setting, understand the issues women face in the local church, and effectively teach the Bible to women of all ages.

Finally, CCU’s women’s ministry courses address further topics such as: cross-cultural sensitivity, discipleship, evangelism, maintaining an orderly home, biblical parenting and child raising, and the proper use of technology in building church community and in sharing the gospel.

CCU invites you to be a part of this exciting, new work God is doing through Calvary Chapel. In this age of information, there has never been a better way for women to begin or complete their degrees without sacrificing their ministries or families.

The next 8-week session of online courses begins October 24, 2011. For enrollment or more information contact Bryan Henderson at info@calvarychapeluniversity.edu or call 714-668-0390 today or apply here myccu.populiweb.com/application/
