Jesus speaks about our future and specifically the second coming, abomination of desolation, false christs, the Tribulation and back again to a fig tree.
Zech. 14:1-4 predicts the Messiah will stands on this very place at the Mt. of Olives when He returns to set up His eternal kingdom!
One clear example of Jesus’ return is in Rev. 1:7 when we see Him in the clouds. Remember no one know the day nor hour of His return (Rev. 13:32)…don’t be deceived by people with “special knowledge.”
“But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour speak that: for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.”
Wonder what my life would look like if I could just rest in Jesus, allow His peace to rule my heart and mind, be ready but not be anxious or worry about the future and then simply love everyone I come in contact with…all the while doing what Jesus says, “take heed, watch and pray.”
Do we have a heart of excitement for the Lord’s coming?
Do we pray Maranatha, (Come Lord Jesus)?
Be at peace this weekend friends…everything you and I have need of is taken care of…apparently even things in crazy circumstances where the Holy Spirit will give us utterance! Remember Jesus is exhorting us: “And I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”
