Dear Fellow Friends & CCU Alums,

Matthew 28:19a “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…” It is a verse we all know so well and have heard God speak to our hearts in the call to serve Him. Matt. 28:19 is the banner of CCU, making disciples is our mission. When was the last time you were around a new believer? Perhaps it was recently or maybe it’s been a while. Back in March the Lord brought this sweet, young mom into my life who has a heart to grow and know Jesus. Over the last few months it has been a joy to see her grow in God’s Word and seek Him. It truly is the power of God at work in her life, where she is obeying God’s voice as He corrects her, as she steps out in faith to speak about Him to family members and is eager to learn more about God’s Word. Sometimes we forget what it’s like as a new believer trying to find a verse in the Gospel of John & 1 John in our Bible, or learning a truth for life like Romans 8:1 for the first time. New believers are so refreshing to be around. Our faith is built up when a new believer testifies how God answered their prayers, carried them through a trial and was faithful during a difficult time. As we all are mindful of the days we are in, and time being short, may I encourage you if you don’t have a new believer in your life, pray for one. Ask the Lord to give you an opportunity to invest in the life of a young man or woman, boy or girl. There is no greater joy than to see someone walk with Jesus, be transformed by God’s Word, hear His voice, and walk in obedience to His will for their life. You can be God’s instrument to love on, give grace and disciple someone. I’m sure Ananias had no idea the impact he would have in Saul’s life and how the Lord would use Saul for the furtherance of His Kingdom, as he stepped out in faith and obedience to welcome Saul to the family.

Please keep praying for CCU. The Lord has been blessing by leaps and bounds since we became Accredited. We do need teachers and TA’s. If you have your Master’s or Doctorate pray about becoming a Professor as a way you can disciple others and invest in fellow believers. Perhaps you would like to invest in the education of a student and support them financially like you would a missionary. If you see The Lord’s hand on someone at your church or have a friend who would like to go to CCU pray about helping them with a partial scholarship which would surely bless them and train them for ministry. If any of you would like to share a devotion, written or video, please feel free to email me and I will gladly share it.

May God bless you and keep you in His love, make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you.

By His Grace & for His Glory,
