Steward the mission

Development

Development at Calvary Chapel University is simply a matter of FAITH in Jesus and TRUST in His provision. “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, have faith that you will receive it. Then you will get it.” Mark 11:24

Development Prayer

  1. “Lord, please help me/us love God and love others really well, and we ask for 1 new fully paid and enrolled student a day to enroll at Calvary Chapel University.”
  2. “Please show us how we can make disciples world-wide every day starting in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the outer part of the world. Please bring 1 new prayer partner each day to support us in this calling Jesus, amen.”
  3. “We ask for wisdom, vision, protection, provision, favor and fun in all we do, in Jesus’ name, amen. Please call those you have chosen to support your work at Calvary Chapel University in every way possible, In Jesus’ name, amen.”
George Muller: Faith does not operate in the realm of the possible. There is no glory for God in that which is humanly possible. Faith begins where man's power ends.

Identify appropriate direct and indirect evidence, methods, responsibilities, and timing.

  3. Collect information

Gather the identified evidence during the academic year through established institutional processes.

  4. Analyze findings

Review the results, identify patterns, and determine what the evidence shows about progress.

  5. Respond and close the loop

Document decisions and use findings to inform improvement, planning, and resource allocation.

Faith is all around us and it is the Lord who leads us into moments of great faith.
“Faith is the assurance of things hoped for and conviction of things not seen.” — Hebrews 11:1

When our faith wavers, remember it is God’s Word that builds it back up.
“Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.” — Romans 10:17

Do the last thing you heard the Lord tell you and obey that and you can’t go wrong.
“Obedience is better than sacrifice.” — 1 Samuel 15:22
